IM Mortgage Consultancy Limited was formed by Ian Moore in 2002. Prior to setting up the business, Ian was employed as the principal mortgage adviser for the financial services arm of one of North Wales’ largest accountancy practices. Since qualifying as a mortgage adviser is 1991, he has built an enviable network of solicitors, estate agents, accountants and financial advisers who are all happy to recommend IM Mortgage Consultancy Limited to their clients.

Who We Are
We are an independent mortgage brokers based in Prestatyn, North Wales. Ian is the sole adviser. We deal with all types of clients from First Time Buyers to seasoned Buy to Let Professionals and everything else in between.
Working from our office in Prestatyn, as well as servicing local clients, our client base is Nationwide and much of our business is generated from existing client referrals.

What We Do
We offer mortgages from the whole of the market and do not select mortgages from just a handful of lenders. We also have access to exclusive products from lenders and we can also access lenders who do not deal direct with the public, this means that we are able to offer you the widest choice of mortgage products available.
Our aim is to ensure that our dealings with you are as professional and easy as possible. We have invested in the latest back-office tracking sytems to ensure that administration is handled quickly and efficiently. We need information about you and your financial circumstances. We ask you to complete and return one of our client questionnaires along with support documentation – each one has been designed to capture the information relating to the particular process i.e. a First Time Buyer, Remortgage or Buy to Let application.

On receipt of your questionnaire, we will have a further discussion with you with a view to fine-tuning specific information and obtaining further details about your mortgage requirements.

We will analyse the information you have provided taking specific account of your circumstances and needs and produce mortgage options for your consideration.

Providing our recommendations are acceptable, we will begin the process of completing your application, providing the lender with all required support documentation and liaising with you until the lender issues your formal mortgage offer.
